Terms and conditions

All prices are in € (euro).
Because no two plants are the same, the plant on the picture is an example of the plant for sale; its color and size will depend on its availability and the weather conditions of the time when order is placed. 
Plant will always be shipped on Monday. You can choose several payment options: credit/debit card and bank transfer. Payment by cash on delivery is not accepted. 

Plants are shipped bare roots, each individual is wrapped in tissue paper and packed in cardboard box. They are sent after a drying period. 

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in your shopping basket, please contact us as soon as possible to correct it, as orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed.

We do not take responsibility for any delay, loss or damaged during transport, since once the plants have been shipped they are outside our control. 

Shipping conditions

Shipments are sent through the General Logistics Systems (GLS). 
Plants are shipped every Monday to avoid weekend. For safety reasons plants require a short drying period before being shipped. This avoids problems with moisture during shipping. They are shipped without dirt, dry and wrapped in tissue paper. 
Shipments are always accompanied by tracking number so you can follow their status on the website of the General Logistics Systems (GLS).
Estimated shipping times: 
Croatia: 1-3 working days
Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Czech Republic  =  3 - 4 business days
Poland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg  = 4 - 5 business days

Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Romania, Bulgaria = 5 - 6 business days
Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden = 6 - 7 business days
Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Spain = 5 -6 business days

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Return policy

1. Shipping Issues Beyond Our Control - Succulent Chubbies is not responsible for shipping delays or damages that occur during transit, as these issues are typically the responsibility of the shipping carrier.


2. Problems with Plant -If you receive a succulent plant that is rotted or damaged, please send a clear picture of the affected plant to [] within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will promptly send you a replacement plant at no additional cost to you. In this case, we will also cover return shipping costs for the rotted plant.


3. Damaged Packaging Box - If the packaging box is damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier to report the issue and initiate a claim.


4. Change of Mind (Don't Like the Plant) - If you change your mind or are dissatisfied with your succulent plant for any reason other than damage or quality issues, you may return it to us within [14] days of receipt. However, please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.


5. Refund Process - Once we receive the plant in its original condition, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the plant, excluding the cost of refund shipping. Refund will be issued using the original payment method.


6. Returns Procedure - To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [contact email/phone number] to request a return authorization. Pack the plant securely and include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Send the return to the address provided upon authorization.
