Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to Croatia, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland.

Question 2

How will my plants be delivered?

We send your plants to you bare-rooted, with most of the soil removed from the roots and carefully wrapped in tissue paper. Each plant is individually wrapped and labelled.

Question 3

Will my plants be like the plants in the photograph?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes when your plants arrive they may not appear to be a true likeness of the plant in the website photograph. Our photographs are taken of the plants at their most colourful and attractive in dry conditions and high light levels.

Question 4

My order has arrived in poor condition, what should I do ?

When opening the order and observing any damage to the product, document it by taking pictures and contact us at succulentchubbies@gmail.com

Question 5

What size are succulents do you have for sale?

We sell plants which are grown in pots ranging from 6 cm up to 9 cm. (Please note the plants are shipped bare root and pots are not included)

How soon will I receive my plants?

Accepted Answer

When you order your plants, roots need to be dried first. After the roots are dried, we send your succulents on first Monday. 
The shipment takes 1-3 working days for Croatia, 
3 - 4 working days for Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria and Czesch Republic
4 - 5 days to Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Poland.
